I went on a big hike and a all day mountain bike ride in deep sand. Very hard day!
didnt feel to good today so i only went 3
didnt runn today i went on an intense hike though
easy four today we avreged 6:58s because me and brigham had side aches and my shins hurt.
was going to pace my mom today on the half marathon but i wanted to sleep in. oh well she still did awsome and got 1:38 which is a pr for her.
